The legendary Puerto Banús is a meeting point for international celebrities, luxury fashion companies, restaurants and ho-tels. When we say “Banus” we understand luxury, sports, glamour, culture, trade and especially people, technologie, services and a constant activity. This important tourist destination has became one of the biggest leisure and glamour centre in Costa del Sol and has reached an international reputation.
Its inauguration took place in May 1970 and among the preso-nalities attending were the present Spanish King Felipe VI, the King Juan Carlos and the Queen Sofia, the Princes of Mónaco, Rainiero and Grace Kelly, the Aga Khan, the founder of Playboy, Hugh Hefner, and a very young Julio Iglesias who was in charge of liven up the gala performance.
Since then, Puerto Banus has became a meeting point fo the international jet set, with an endless list of personalities, such as the King Fahd of Saudi Arabia, some prime ministers and ministers from all over Europe, and also singers, actors and international sports players like Mick Jagger, Djokovich, Alessandra D’Am-brossio… among others.
